Service Orders
Use this form to create, update, and delete Service Request Orders (SROs).
The Service Order Templates form is similar to the Service Orders form in appearance. Use that form to maintain SRO templates.
If you are integrated with SX.e, then the read-only External Sales Order field shows SX.e sales order numbers, when applicable.
On the Service Orders.sxe form, there are indicators for header notes or documents that are attached to the service order. Use the button and button to view the attachments.
