Contract SRO Generation Utility
This topic describes the utility for automatically creating service orders.
On this utility, use the records entered on the Maintenance tab of the Contracts form to automatically create service orders. As SROs are created, the appropriate lines are set up based on the units under the contract, along with the designated operations.
The form creates specific operations based on the setup on the Contract Maintenance Schedules form.
An SRO line is created for each applicable unit. If All Lines From Contract or All Units From Customer are selected on that form, the system creates multiple lines accordingly. If All Operations From SRO is selected on that form, any operations from the specified service order or service order template are included on the newly created SRO.
