Multiple Service Lines Creation

You can quickly create an SRO from a template or by copying a pre-existing SRO. You can choose to create the lines when an item number and quantity are supplied for the total quantity or a quantity of one each. Using multiple service lines, depot repair sites can quickly create service orders for parts being repaired in batches.

On the Service Order Quick Create form, select Create Separate Line per Quantity to expand each selected SRO line so that multiple SRO lines are created with the quantity of one each. Each line that is created has all operations and transactions created under it, according to the options selected.

The Keep Line Numbers field is disabled when the multiple line option is selected.
