Entering SRO Material Transactions
- Open the SRO Material Entry form.
- Select whether you are adding an actual or planned transaction.

Specify this information on the form:
- Partner
- Select the partner associated to the SRO.
- SRO
- Select the SRO.
- Line
- The SRO line is displayed. You can select a different SRO line.
- Oper
- The SRO operation number is displayed.
- Item
- Select the item associated to the SRO. Note: If you are integrated with Distribution SX.e and a supersede item exists for the current item, then the Item field is automatically updated.
- On Hand
- The quantity on hand for the selected item and warehouse is displayed.
- Description
- A description of the item is displayed.
- Transaction Date
- The current date is displayed. Optionally, select a different date.
- Trans Type
- The transaction type is displayed.
- Reason Code
- If the Transaction Type is Customer Return or when entering a negative quantity, select a reason code for the transaction.
- Qty
- Specify the number of items on the transaction.
- UM
- Select the unit of measure for the items.
- Whse
- The warehouse associated to the SRO is displayed.
- Location
- Select the warehouse location.
- Lot
- If the transaction involves a serial tracked item, select the lot for the warehouse location to use for the material transaction.
- Billing Code
- The billing code assigned to the SRO is displayed.
- Unit Price
- Specify the amount being charged for the unit, if applicable.
- Reference (for planned transactions only)
- Optionally, specify a purchase order or PO requisition to cross-reference. Use the reference fields if you are sourcing the item on the material transaction through a PO or requisition.
- Notes
- Specify any additional notes related to the transaction.
- Serial Numbers
- Any serial numbers associated with the items are displayed.
- Click OK to submit the information and enter the transaction.
