Scheduling Method--Multi-Day vs. Single Day
You can schedule appointments for a single day or for multiple days.
Multi-Day
Use the Multi-Day Scheduling form to schedule appointments for longer engagements that span beyond a single day. Multi-Day scheduling assists in finding available segments of time based on min/max hours per day, using either a finite or infinite scheduling methodology. Although the process is performed on a single form, multiple appointments are generated over the appropriate number of days. The system provides a preview before creating the multiple appointments.
Single Day
Use the Scheduled Appointments form to schedule appointments for a single day.
