Setting Local Appointments Filters

  1. On the Calendar Scheduling form, click Edit Filter on the Local Appointments tab to open the Service Schedule Local Appointments Filter form.
  2. Select Auto Set Filters if you want to automatically populate these filters each time a new appointment is selected on the schedule board. If you clear this check box, click Set Filter from Selected Appointment on the Schedules form to use the filters.
  3. Optionally, specify the address information for the appointment.
  4. Select the SRO types to consider when looking for work. For each type, click Add to add the type to the group box to be considered in the search.
  5. Specify this general information:
    Auto Refresh
    Select this check box to perform a local appointments search each time a user selects a new appointment.
    Include Appointments
    Select this check box if you want the system to look for other work that is already scheduled with an appointment already created.
    Include Future Service
    Select this check box if you want the system to look for other service orders that have been created but have not been scheduled. If you select this check box, specify these additional parameters:
    • Select Unassigned Only to only search for future service orders that do no have a lead partner assigned.
    • Select Include Line if appointments are scheduled for each individual line on a service order.
    • Select Include Operation if appointments are scheduled for each individual operation on a service order line.
    Include Maintenance
    Select this check box if you want the system to run the Service Order Automatic Generation Utility and Contract SRO Generation Utility to search for maintenance SROs that have not yet been created.
    Days to Look Ahead
    Specify a number of days to look ahead for work.
  6. Click OK to save the filters and return to the Calendar Scheduling form.
