Integration updates

These updates have been made to the integration with Disbribution SX.e.

Protecting printed pick lists

To prevent a printed pick list from being edited, we now set many of the fields on the Service Order Transactions form to read-only after the pick list is printed in Distribution SX.e for a CloudSuite Field Service planned material transaction.

Sourcing options for purchase orders

We improved the sourcing options for purchase orders by adding new fields throughout CloudSuite Field Service.

On the Integration Parameters form, you can set a default option to automatically create POs in Distribution SX.e when a planned material transaction is added for a service order in CloudSuite Field Service.

On the SX.e Catalog/Non-Stock Query form, the new Create SX.e Purchase Order field inherits its setting from the Integration Parameters form, but can be overridden. When you clear this field, the Distribution SX.e PO RRAR process runs, picking up the non-stock items and including them in a PO. When a PO is created this way, it can contain items from Distribution SX.e and CloudSuite Field Service.

Related read-only fields were added to the Service Order Transactions and SRO Material Entry forms.

Search by Vendor name

We improved the usability of the SX.e Catalog/Non-Stock Query form by adding an option to search by the Vendor name. We also added an option to specify a cost mark-up value to use to automatically calculate price.

Posting planned material transactions

Now, when the Sync.ReceiveDelivery BOD is consumed in CloudSuite Field Service for a Distribution SX.e warehouse transfer, the associated SRO planned material transaction is posted.
