Distribution SX.e-style forms in Service Management

Automatically activated. New versions of these rental and contract forms were created in the style of Distribution SX.e forms:

• Contracts
• Contract Lines
• Contract Rates
• Contract Invoice Listing
• Contract Invoicing
• Contracts To Be Invoiced Report
• Purchase Order Information
• Rental Counter
• Rental Check Out/In
• Rental Pick List Report
• Rental Contract Agreement

These forms use the appearance and flow of screens found in Distribution SX.e. The names of the forms are annotated with a .sxe suffix, for example, Contracts.sxe.

In most cases, you will use these forms in Distribution SX.e, where they have also been added. Accessing the forms in Distribution SX.e provides a more efficient workflow that eliminates toggling between applications.

Improvements to negative inventory allocation

Automatically activated. We added additional validations to prevent a service order material transaction from posting when the ship quantity of the associated Distribution SX.e order is less than the transaction quantity to be posted.

The transaction is now prevented from posting if these conditions are met:

• The Distribution SX.e integration is enabled and Enforce Allocations is selected on the Integration Parameters form.
• The quantity on the material transaction is greater than the Ship Qty of the Distribution SX.e order line.
• The transaction type of the material transaction is not Return.
