Quickly Creating Service Orders (Mobile)

Open the Quick SRO Create mobile form.

Select the service order template to copy. If you launched the form from
another form, the SRO Template and
Description are displayed by
default.

Specify this information for the new service order:
- Customer
- Select a customer for the new service order.
- Ship To
- Select a customer ship to location. If the field is left
blank, the zero ship to location is the default value.
- Name
- The name of the customer is displayed.
- Unit Substitute
- Select a unit to replace the one being copied from the
selected SRO line.
- Item Substitute
- Select an item to replace the one being copied from the
selected SRO line.
- Lead Partner
- The name of the current partner is displayed. Optionally,
select a different lead partner for the service order.
- Start Date
- The date specified is assigned to the SRO and Operation
Start Date/Time. If the Automatic Resource Scheduling functionality
is turned on, this value is also used as the start date/time of the
scheduled appointment. The Start Date will default to the current
system date and time, and will be pushed out by the lead time (if
specified) of the SRO type.
- SRO Status
- The status of the SRO is displayed.
- Contact
- Select the customer contact. The email and phone number of
the contact are displayed.

Optionally, add additional units in the Material Substitution grid.

Click OK.
