Creating Quote Lines

On the mobile Quotes form, click Add/Delete Lines to open the
Quote Lines form.
The line, SRO line, and SRO operation numbers are displayed by default, if applicable.

Select the type of line you are adding. For a service order quote line, the
options are:
- Service Material
- Service Labor
- Service Miscellaneous
- Service Project
For an opportunity quote line, the options are:
- Sales Order
- Contract
- Service Material
- Service Labor
- Service Miscellaneous
- Service Project
- Select the item.
- If you selected a Sales Order, Contract, or Service Material type, select the Item to include in the quote line. A description of the item is displayed.
- If you selected the Service Labor type, select a Work Code to include in the quote line.
- If you selected the Service Miscellaneous type, select a Miscellaneous Code to include in the quote line.
- If you selected the Service Project type, select an Operation Code to include in the quote line.
- Specify a quantity and price for the item, work code, miscellaneous code, or operation code.
