Edit Method Parameter dialog box

Use this dialog box to specify the parameters required by an IDO method call. You can specify a literal, property, variable, or component value as a parameter. Method call validators can also output values to properties, variables, or components.

Field/Option	Description
Type	This field specifies the type of parameter required by the IDO method.
Output	When this option is selected, it signifies that a method call validator outputs values to a property, variable, or component. If the method call validator does not output values, clear this option.
Value Type	This field specifies the type of value required by the parameter of the IDO method. You can specify a literal, property, variable, or component value as a parameter.
Value	Depending on the Value Type, enter a literal value or select a property, variable, or component that is to  supply the value.
Edit Target	If the Value Type is Variable or Component, click this button to edit the variable or component referenced.
