Setting Description/Comments/Procedures
Theme Use the list to select a theme. Any user-created themes are shown here along with these themes that are provided with the application:
  • Infor: This theme is selected as the default theme. Menu items are displayed at the top of the application window in the menu bar. The My Folders menu and Master Explorer menu now appear as sub-menus under the Explorer menu.
  • Classic: This theme provides the look and feel of previous versions of the application. Menus are displayed at the top of the application window in the menu bar. In the Windows client client, there are choices of various background and foreground colors, fonts, required field indicators, the appearance of the Explorer, and more.
  • Light: This theme is the re-branded Infor theme that provides a lighter look and feel of the user interface.
  • Dark: This theme provides a darker look and feel of the user interface. This theme is a combination of the colors black for the background and white for the buttons, menus, texts, and labels.
  • High Contrast: This theme uses a darker shade of black and a brighter shade of white to make the user interface easier to use in low-light environment and for users with photo sensitivity or contrast issues.

Any additional themes that were created in your system are listed here. The appearance of each of those themes depends on how the theme was defined.

Edit Button Click this button to open the Theme Editor.
Note: This button is disabled for Vendor Developer logins. To edit themes while logged in as a Vendor Developer, use the Theme editor in Design Mode.
: This theme uses aTabbed Form Layout Select this check box to create tabs for each open form. Tabs for each form are shown at the top of the screen. If you open a linked or modal child form from within another form, tabs for the child forms are tagged as such. You can click and drag to reorder the tabs across the top of the screen.
