Documents

Use the Documents form to search for and view a list of the documents (files) in the system that are attached to records or are available to attach to records.

You can also use this form to import documents into the system and make them available for attachment to records. This is based on group membership and authorizations.

Note: When deleting a document, delete it from the original form first. For example, if it was created from the Items form, delete it from the Items form first, then delete it from the Documents form.
