Running the Sales Order Estimate Report

  1. Open the Sales Order Estimate Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Starting/Ending Order
    Select the range of sales orders you want to include in the report.
    Starting/Ending Customer
    Select the range of customer you want to include in the report.
    Estimate Date
    The current date is displayed. Optionally, select a different date to apply to the estimate.
    Valid Thru
    Select the date through which the estimate will be valid.
    Include Freight/Miscellaneous Charges
    Select this check box if you want to include freight and miscellaneous charges associated with the order(s) in the estimate output.
    Calculate Tax
    Select this check box if you want to calculate tax and print it on the estimate output.
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box if you want to print report headers on the output.
  3. Use these check boxes to select the information you want to print on the report:
    • Print Order Notes
    • Print Order Line Notes
    • Print Customer Notes
    • Print Internal Notes
    • Print External Notes
  4. Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
  5. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
