Viewing SX.e remanufactured item information

When integrated with SX.e, Service Management items can store an implied core quantity for SX.e remanufactured products.
Note: The fields described here are only visible when integrated with SX.e.

Some remanufactured items have multiple implied cores that are not displayed on the Items form. Service Management consumes the implied core quantity from the ItemMaster BOD that is sent by SX.e. The values are stored in these fields on the Items form:

  • Remanufactured: This check box is selected when the item is a remanufactured SX.e product.
  • Dirty Core: The dirty core product number is displayed.

In SX.e, the dirty core product is a used core product that a customer returns to you for credit and you return to the vendor.

  • Implied Core: The implied core product number is displayed.

In SX.e, the implied core product is a labor item that is associated with remanufactured item.

  • Implied Quantity: The implied quantity is displayed.

In SX.e, the implied quantity identifies the ratio between the quantity of implied core product to the corresponding quantity of the associated remanufactured core product.
