Generating the EC Sales List Report

  1. Open the EC Sales List Report.
  2. Use these check boxes to select the information to include in the report:
    Include Freight
    Select this check box to include freight in the customer's total value of supplies.
    Include Misc Charges
    Select this check box to include miscellaneous charges in the customer's total value of supplies.
    Show Detail
    Select this check box to print more detail on the report.
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box to include report headers in the output.
  3. Specify this information:
    Calendar Quarter on Report
    Specify the calendar quarter to appear on the report.
    Site Group
    Select the multi-site group to use as the source for records in the report.
  4. For these fields, select the range of values to include in the report:
    • Tax Period Date
    • Customer
    • EC Code
  5. Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
  6. Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
  7. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
