Updating A/R Balance History

  1. Open the A/R Balance History form.
  2. Select the date through which to run the utility. The current date is displayed by default.
  3. Optionally, select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the utility.
  4. Select the range of customers to include in the utility.
  5. Select Reset Period Count To 1 if you want to reset customers' balance history information.
  6. Click Process.
