Adding a Customer/SRO Type

  1. On the Customer/SRO Types form, select Actions > New.
  2. Specify this information:
    Customer
    Select the customer for which you want to add a record.
    Ship To
    The customer ship-to location and name are displayed.
    SRO Type
    Select the SRO type that you want to associate with the customer. A description of the type is displayed.
  3. Optionally, specify this information on the General tab:
    Bill Manager
    Select the partner that is responsible for reviewing service transactions, and preparing and printing the invoice for a specific customer and service order type.
    Service Partner
    Select the partner responsible for the SRO.
    Salesperson
    The salesperson associated with the customer is displayed.
    Tax Code
    Select the tax code to use for this record.
  4. Save the record.
