Replying to an Incoming Message from the Portal

  1. Upon receiving notification that a company, customer, or vendor has sent a message, open the Interactions form.
  2. Specify or select the interaction number.
  3. Click Reply.
  4. Specify your response in the notes box.
  5. Save the record. Your message is published to the Portal and the company, customer, or vendor receives email notification of your reply.
