Drop Ship To
Use this form to identify a drop ship address for purchase orders that is different from the address on the Warehouses form.
You cannot delete Drop Ship records that are referenced by a purchase order, history purchase order, or purchase order line/release.
These conditions might occur when trying to delete a Drop Ship To record from the system:
| Condition | Explanation |

| The Ship-To references a purchase order number. | The PO number to which the Drop Ship record is associated prints following the message. This record cannot be deleted until the PO reference is removed. |
| The Ship-To references a purchase order number and line release number. | The PO number and line release number to which the Drop Ship record is associated print with the message. This record cannot be deleted until the PO reference is removed. |
| The Ship-To references a history PO number. | The PO number with a status of History to which the Drop Ship record is associated prints following the message. This record cannot be deleted until the PO reference is removed |
