Item/Warehouse
Use this form to add an item to a warehouse, in addition to the default warehouse defined on the Inventory Parameters form.
Before an item can be assigned to a warehouse, that warehouse must be listed in the Warehouses File.
The Item/Warehouse record for the default warehouse is created automatically with the addition of a new item. It cannot be deleted.
Totals for each item are kept at the warehouse level, so it is possible to know what is stocked at each warehouse.
Note: Before you can delete an item warehouse,
all references to it must first be deleted, and all stockroom locations
for it must have an On Hand quantity of
zero.
