Distribution Accounts

Use this form to maintain distribution accounts. Distribution accounts are a set of accounts grouped by Warehouse and Product Code.

The Actions menu includes these options:

Delete: Removes the current Distribution Account record, including the default account, with a blank warehouse and a blank product code. If an item exists that uses the account to be deleted, a warning message displays: Select OK to delete the account record. Once the account record is deleted, any CO items that reference the product code associated with the deleted Distribution Account may not be shipped. Chart of Account records used in the Distribution Account record cannot be deleted.
