Purge Journals
Use this utility to delete journal transaction records. Enter or select a specific Journal and inclusive cutoff date (before which transactions are to be deleted).
The Journals are:
- AP Dist: Accounts Payable Ledger Distribution
- AR Dist: Accounts Receivable Ledger Distribution
- BNK Dist: Banking Distribution
- CO Dist: Order Entry Ledger Distribution
- FA Dist: Fixed Assets Ledger Distribution
- General: General Journal
- IC Dist: Inventory Control Ledger Distribution
- Multi-Site: Multi-Site Journal
- PC Dist: Project Control Ledger Distribution
- PO Dist: Purchasing Ledger Distribution
- PR Dist: Payroll Ledger Distribution
- WC Dist: Work Center Ledger Distribution
Note: The Inventory
Distribution Journal is no longer used, but remains for backward compatibility.
It has been replaced by the CO Distribution, IC Distribution, PO Distribution,
and SF Distribution Journals.
You can also purge user-defined journals.
