Price Codes
Use this form to associate a specific price code with a corresponding customer, item, and contract service type to form a price matrix for determining line item pricing for sales orders, service orders and contracts.
- For sales orders and service orders, the system combines the price code from the customer with the price code on the item.
- For service contracts, the system combines the contract price code from the customer with the price code on the contract service type.
The Where Used report that is accessible from the menu can be used to see customers and items currently using a specific price code.
