Deactivating a Customer Ship To

To deactivate a customer ship to, clear the Active check box for the customer on the Customer Ship-Tos form.
In some cases, ship to records that have been previously set up are no longer valid and should not be assigned to new orders. Clear the Active field to deactivate a ship to. Deactivated ship tos cannot be added to these types of records:
  • Contracts
  • Incidents
  • Interactions
  • Partners
  • Purchase orders
  • Rental contracts
  • Sales orders
  • Service orders
  • Units
Deactivated ship tos are no longer accessible for new records.
Note: Existing records will not be affected by deactivating ship tos.
