Storing Pictures for Key Data
You can store pictures for certain types of key data.
These are considered key data:
- Items
- Partners
- Salespersons
- Units
- Customers
Stored pictures are displayed on the associated forms. You can add multiple pictures for an object, but a primary picture should be identified. By default, the first picture that is associated with an object is marked as the primary. If a picture has not been added for an object, "Picture Not On File" is displayed in the Picture field.
You can upload a picture in one of these ways:
- Right-click in the Picture field and select to open the Attachments form.
- Open the Attached Documents form using the toolbar button or menu.
