Alert Users of New S-Portal Document Notifies Service Management users when a new document is uploaded by a customer or partner using the Service Portal. To receive this alert, users must subscribe to CustomerDocumentUploadAlert. N/A
Notify Portal Incident Created Notifies a Service Management user that a new incident record has been entered on the Service Portal. To receive this alert, users must subscribe to PortalIncidentAlert.

Also notifies the Service Portal user who created the new incident record that the request has been received. This notification is sent if the portal user has Set External Notifications and an email address specified on the Service Management Users form.

Notify Portal SRO Labor Transaction Created Notifies a Service Management user that a service request order (SRO) labor transaction was submitted by a Service Portal user. To receive this alert, users must subscribe to PortalSROLaborTransactionAlert.

Also sends a confirmation to the portal user if the portal user has Set External Notifications and an email address specified on the Service Management Users form.
