Update SO/SRO to Invoice Complete Status - Workflow Event Handler
Use this event handler to automatically update the Working Status of a service order based on setting the billing status to €œComplete€�.
To turn on this functionality, select Active For This Site on the Workflow Event Handler Activation form for the Handler Description €œUpdate SO/SRO to Invoice Complete Status€� and Event Name ISMWorkingStatusUpdate.
Initiating Process
This event is triggered by the order invoice printing process upon completion of the invoice printing process, if the billing status on the sales order or service order is to be set to €œComplete€�.
Variable Information
The value of the working status is changed to the value stored in the Event Global Constants for ISMInvoiceCompleteStatus.
