Setting Up a Customer's Document Profile

Open the Customer Document Profile form.

Specify this information:
- Customer
- Select the customer for whom you want to create a profile.
- Ship To
- Select the customer ship-to for which you want to create a
profile.
- Method
- Select the method to use to deliver reports:
- Destination
- Specify the fax number, email address(es), or printer where
the report will be delivered. To distribute a report to multiple fax numbers or
printers, create multiple profiles, each with a different fax number or
printer. To distribute a report to multiple email addresses, separate each
email address with a semicolon.
- Task Name
- Select the name of the task for which you want to
create report distribution defaults:
- Customer Statements
Report
- Contract Invoicing
- Order Invoicing
- SRO Pre-Packing Slip
- SRO Packing Slip
- Quote
- Service Order Inspection
Report
- Warranty Claims Report
- Description
- Specify a description associated with the task for which you
want to create report distribution defaults.
- Copies
- Specify the number of copies of the report to print. This
field is enabled only if Method is set to Printer.
- Active
- Select this check box to enable this selected profile.
