Update SO to Ship Complete Status - Workflow Event Handler
Use this event handler to automatically update the Working Status of a service order based on the shipping of all items on a sales order.
To turn on this functionality, select Active For This Site on the Workflow Event Handler Activation form for the Handler Description €œUpdate SO to Ship Complete Status€� and Event Name ISMWorkingStatusUpdate.
Initiating Process
This event is triggered by the sales order shipping process if all lines on a sales order are shipped complete.
Variable Information
The value of the working status is changed to the value stored in the Event Global Constants for ISMOrderShipCompleteStatus.
Note:
NOTE: This value
should be set to a valid service status code.
