Analysing impact and changes

Use this tool to estimate the impact of your changes on an existing server and to check whether your rules, schema, stored procedures or exceptions are impacted. For example, if you removed a column that was used to build a rule, the impact analysis will inform you that the rule may not work as the schema has changed.

  1. From the drop-down menu, select the required Infor Risk & Compliance server. If no connection exists on an Infor Risk & Compliance server, you will be prompted to add a new connection when you try to select the server from the drop-down list. Click Add New Infor Risk & Compliance Connection to open the Add New Connection window. Provide the details required to create the new connection and click Create.
  2. Select the check box Analyze Stored Procedures  to check for changes in each stored procedure. Checking this option will analyze the Infor Risk & Compliance core database to check the impact of any table and column on the dashboard, rules, Intellilinks and so on.
  3. Click Analyze.Studio performs an impact analysis and displays a report that can exported to a CSV file.
