Working with the utility

This section provides information on the following:

  • Providing customer and configuration setting details
  • Checking prerequisites for IRC products
  • Validating connection credentials to the ERP and other prerequisites for IRC
Note: The Prerequisite Check Utility must always be executed on the application server by the user account present in the Windows Administrators group.
