Enabling pre-extraction validation for a custom SAP Insight

To enable pre-extraction validation for custom Insights, the InsightAuthorization.xml file located at [Install Path]/Settings needs to be updated by adding a node for the custom Insight and specifying attribute values as in the example for the O2C Transactions Insight below.

Provide the following information:

  • The Insight Name
  • The authorization object
  • The attribute values
