Extraction Summary

The Extraction Summary screen is in two parts and displays the summary of the extraction performed.

The first screen displays the following information:

• If the project was created successfully, IRC Portable Data Extractor displays the path to the project.
• If the project failed, IRC Portable Data Extractor displays the reason the project failed.
  Note: Project refers to the .beu file that is created after an extraction. If some objects fail extraction, but the .beu file is successfully created, the screen will display that the project has been successfully created.
• If the object is successfully extracted, click the object name to view the record count for that object.
  Note:  This feature is not supported for System Configuration Insight for SAP and User Activity Insight for SAP. Record counts for these Insights will be displayed as 0.
• If the object failed extraction, click the object to view the reason for failure.

Click Next to move to the second Extraction Summary screen.

• The Collect Logs check box is selected by default. and log files and extracted data files will be zipped together. If extraction fails, this . zip file should be sent to customer support so that they can ascertain the root cause for extraction failure and resolve the problem.
