Adding roles or responsibilities to Exclusion

Use this functionality to add sensitive roles or responsibilities to exclusion.

  1. Click Settings > Configuration > Access Management.
  2. Click . The Exclude Sensitive Roles/Responsibilities screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Insight
    The Insight for which the roles are excluded. This functionality is supported for the Authorizations Insight for Infor and Authorizations Insight for Oracle.
    Connection
    The connection associated with the selected role or responsibility.
    Role or Responsibility
    The role or responsibility to be excluded. You can select multiple roles or responsibilities.
    Owner
    The IRC users to be assigned as owners for the selected roles or responsibilities. You can select multiple owners for the roles or responsibilities.
    Note: Requests can be submitted for the selected roles or responsibilities only by the owners for the role or responsibility and the IRC Administrators. The roles or responsibilities are not displayed for the other users. If no owners are assigned for the role or responsibility, the role or responsibility is displayed only to the IRC Administrator.
  4. Click Save.
