Build the rule condition

  1. From the drop-down list of Group 1, select one of the following operators:
    • Any: If you select any one action in this operator like add, change, or delete, one or more listed sensitive activities are displayed as violations.
    • All : If you select this operator , you have to select all the actions in this operator like add, change, and delete, to display one or more listed sensitive activities as violations.

      For this condition, select Any

  2. Select the token PR37.1.
  3. From the drop-down list, select the condition as Any.
  4. From the drop-down list of Group 2, select the condition Any.
  5. Select the tokens PR137 and PR38.1 and select the condition Any for both the tokens.
  6. Click Save.

    Allowing a user to release time records and select time records may result in recording and approving time records for absence days. This may lead to payments for unauthorized time and a circumvention of the normal controls for payroll. The best practices of SOD for time entry and approval of time functions usually separates these processes.
