Analysis
The Analysis settings enable you to schedule an automatic archive and/or delete analyses for Authorizations Insights and Configurations Insight. The following settings can be configured:
- Retain all analyses: Select this option to retain all analyses in the system. If you select this option, you must establish a cleanup schedule to avoid out of disk space issues. The cleanup task can be scheduled through Windows .
 - Delete analyses older than 7 days or 90 analyses on cleanup: Select this option to delete analysis after a specified period. the application deletes all analyses older than 7 days or if the number of analyses exceeds 90, whichever is earlier. You can change these default values as required. Select a day and time to schedule a cleanup task.

		  Archive and delete analyses older than
			  days or  analyses on cleanup: Select this option to archive before
		  deleting analyses. Specify the number of days after which analyses should be
		  archived before they are deleted, or specify the number of analyses that should
		  be archived before they are deleted. When you select this option, the 
		  Location for Archived Files
		  text box is displayed. Provide a path in the text box to save these archived
		  analyses. Specify the number of days to retain the archived analyses. The
		  default value is 365 days. 
		  Note:
- Already archived analyses will not be affected if you select this option.
 - All Authorizations Insight analyses with the status Failed or Stopped, will be cleaned up in this schedule.
 
 - In the Cleanup Schedule panel, select a day and time to schedule a cleanup task.

Analyses can also be archived or deleted from the Analyses page.
