Locking rule books

Only Rule Book Owners, Business Process Owners, and Super Users are authorized to lock and unlock the rule books.

Multiple rule books can be locked at a time. Lock a rule book as follows:

  1. Select Design > Rule Books. This displays the Rule Books page.
  2. Select the rule book to be locked.
  3. Click the More Actions icon and then click Lock. The locked rule book is identified with the Locked icon
