Rule books
A rule book in IRC is a collection or grouping of rules. Rule books are an easy and efficient way of organizing and managing rules as business changes.
Rule books facilitate working with rules because rule books enable you to take action on all rules simultaneously. For example, if you want to disable all rules in a rule book, you can simply disable the rule book. You can also import or export a rule book containing several rules rather than each rule individually.
The Rule books page ( ) displays all rule books created by or available to the signed-in user. The Administrator, Rule Book Owner or Business Process Owner, or a custom role with sufficient privileges is required to create or modify rules and perform other actions from the Rule Books page.
The Rule books page also displays additional information such as the number of rules in a rule book, the number of enabled rules, the validity period of a rule book and the rule book status.
