Remediation through reports

Violations reports for Authorizations Insights display which users or roles/responsibilities violated the business controls against which the analysis was performed.

Click the View Reason link to open the Violation Details report displaying the details behind the violation.

• Click Mitigate to open the Violations Browser pop up window where you can take action to mitigate the violation through one of the following ways:
• By excluding the violating object and by attaching a compensating control to justify the exclusion
• By extending the expiry date of an exclusion
• By creating a request to change a user’s role or responsibility (Access Manager must be installed)
