Standard Processes
Standard processes are created for the review types that are associated with standard application schemas. See, Application Schemas. Data from the data sources that are created for these standard application schemas is reviewed in these processes.
You can create the following standard processes:
- User/Role Review: Depending
on the data source selected, these processes review and certify any of the
following:
- Roles or permissions assigned to users in Infor
- Roles or security classes assigned to users in Lawson
- Roles assigned to users in SAP
- Responsibilities assigned to users in Oracle
- Roles assigned to users in PeopleSoft HRMS or PeopleSoft FISCM
Here the user is the primary object and the role, responsibility or the security class is the secondary object.
- Role/User Review: Depending
on the data source selected, these processes review and certify any of the
following:
- Users assigned to roles or permissions in Infor
- Users assigned to roles or security classes in Lawson
- Users assigned to roles in SAP
- Users assigned to responsibilities in Oracle
- Users assigned to roles in PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleSoft FISCM
Here the role, responsibility or the security class is the primary object and the user is the secondary object.
- IRC Rule Book/Rule Review: Reviews and certifies the rules present in an IRC rule book. In this case, the rule book is the primary object and the rules in that rule book are the secondary objects.
- Control Ownership Review: Reviews and certifies the owners of compensating controls. In this case, the owner is the primary object and the compensating controls owned by this user are the secondary objects.
