Notifications
These settings control the email notifications sent out at different stages of a review process.
By default, all the options on this panel are selected. However, you can configure the notification settings as follows:
- Process Start - Define whether the process owner or the process reviewer or both must receive an email notification when a process starts. The process reviewer is also notified for the new or unviewed reviews.
- Process Overdue: Define whether the process reviewer must receive an email when a process is overdue or for the new or unviewed reviews. You can also enable the CM application to continue sending daily email notifications to the process reviewers for the new and unviewed reviews until the review is committed.
- Process Review Escalation: Define whether the escalation reviewer must receive an email when a process is escalated.
- Process Completion : Define whether the process owner must receive an email when a process is complete.
- Reassign Reviews: Define if
email notifications must be sent to the current and the new reviewer when
reviews are reassigned. Reviews can be reassigned from these pages:
- To Do ( Monitor->To Do). See, To Do.
- Active reviews ( Monitor-> Active Reviews). See, Active Reviews.
- Review Details ( Monitor-> Active Reviews-> Review Details). See, Review Details.
- Reviews ( Manage->Reviewer >Reviews ). See, Reviewers.
Note: Email notification is sent to all the users with the Super User role when email id is not set for the current or for the new reviewer. - Process Sign-off: Define
whether the security administrator or the process owner or both must receive an
email notification when a review process is signed off.
