Incoming Email Server

This panel enables you to provide the details of the email accounts to receive incoming emails.

Provide the details as follows:

• In the Email Protocol field, select the protocol of the email account. The default is MicroSoft Exchange Server.
• In the Security field, select whether the server hosting the email account should be secured or not.
• From the Exchange Server Version drop-down list, select the required version for the exchange server. Exchange server versions 2003, 2007 and 2010 are supported.
• In the Incoming Email Server field, specify the name of the server hosting the email account.
• In the User Name and Password fields, provide the credentials for the email account.
• In the Port Number field, provide the port number of the server hosting the email account. For example, If this server is POP3 enabled, the port number must be 110.

Click Save.
