Upload data

Upload the CSV files as follows:

  1. Click Browse to browse and select the required CSV files. These CSV files must have the same format as the templates shipped with Certification Manager.
  2. Select the Data enclosed in Quotes check box if the data in your csv file is enclosed in quotes. For example:

    When you import this csv file, all the data enclosed in quotes is a part of the same column. The data format in the table, post import, will be:

  3. Click Save.

    The following table describes details of the csv files to be used for these data sources:

    Application CSV file
    Infor
    1. Person_Role.csv: Defines the relationship between a role and its owner.

      Person Name, Infor Role Name
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    2. Manager_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their managers.

      Person Name, Infor UserID
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    3. Manager_Escalation_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their roles.
      Person Name, Infor UserID
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    4. Escalation_Person_Role.csv: Defines the relation ship between the role assigned and the user.
      Person Name, Infor Role Name
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    SAP
    1. Manager_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their managers.

      Person Name, SAP UserID
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    2. Manager_Escalation_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their roles.
      Person Name, SAP UserID
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    3. Escalation_Person_Role.csv: Defines the relation ship between the role assigned and the user.

      Person Name, BizRights Role Type ID + ll + SAP Role Name

      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    4. Person_Role.csv: Defines the relationship between a role and its owner.

      The file format of a Person_Role.csv is as shown below:

      Person Name, BizRights Role Type ID + ll

      Owner 1, 4 ll Role 1

      The column, BizRights Role Type ID indicates the type of the role assigned to the user:

      • If the role is a single role, this column must display 4.
      • If the role is a composite role, this column must display 5.
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    Oracle
    1. Person_Role.csv: Defines the relationship between a role and its owner in Oracle.

      • Person Name, Application Short Name + ll +Responsibility Key + ll + Role Name.
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    2. Manager_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their managers.

      Person Name, Oracle User Name
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    3. Manager_Escalation_Account.csv: Defines the relationship between application users and their roles.
      Person Name, Oracle User Name
      Note: These values must be comma separated.
    4. Escalation_Person_Role.csv: Defines the relation ship between the role assigned and the user.
