Working with Schedule Reports
This tab enables you to perform the following actions:
- Modify an existing report
			 subscription: You can modify an existing report subscription as follows: 
			 
- Click the required report subscription. The page for that report subscription is displayed.
 - Modify the required details. You can modify the description, the filters and the report schedule.
 - Click 
				  Save 
				  Note: The name of the report cannot be modified.
 
 - Share a scheduled report:
			 You can share one or more report subscriptions with other users as follows: 
			 
- Select the subscriptions to be shared.
 - Click the Share icon. A pop-up window is displayed where you can provide names of users with whom the reports will be shared.
 - In the Users field, type-in part of the user name in the auto suggest text box or click the Browse icon to select the required users.
 - Click Save and Close. The users with whom the
							report subscriptions are shared can view the report when they sign-in.
							Shared reports are indicated by the Shared icon. 
You can share report subscriptions that are already shared with other users. Shared report subscriptions can be selected to be shared with more Certification Manager users as follows:
- Select the required shared report subscriptions that are indicated by the icon Shared icon.
 - Click the Share icon. A pop-up window is displayed. All users with whom the selected report subscriptions are already shared are selected by default in the Users field.
 - To select and add other Certification Manager users with whom the report is to be shared, refer to the section above.
 - Click Save. All the selected report subscriptions are shared only with those users that are now selected in the Users field.
 
 
 - Unsubscribe users from
			 report subscriptions: You can unsubscribe users from report subscriptions
			 shared with them as follows: 
			 
- Select the check box next to the required shared report subscription.
 - Click the 
				  Share icon. 
				  Note: The list of Certification Manager users who share the subscription are displayed.
 - Select the user who has to be unsubscribed.
 - Click the 
				  Remove icon and click 
				  Save. 
				  Note: A copy of the report is no longer be sent to the unsubscribed users.
 
 - Duplicate scheduled
			 reports: Creating a duplicate report subscription is useful to schedule the
			 same report but with different scheduling options or different filters. To
			 duplicate a report: 
			 
- Select the required report subscription.
 - Click the Duplicate icon. A copy of the report subscription is created on the same page.
 
 - Delete a scheduled report:
			 You can delete a scheduled report as follows: 
			 
- Select the required report subscription.
 - Click the 
				  Delete icon. 
				  Note: If a report subscription is deleted, all email notifications for that subscription are automatically cancelled.

		  information displayed on this page to a CSV format.
