Configuration

Create a connection in Toad.

  1. Navigate to Session > New Connection.
  2. Select the Direct tab and enter these details:
    • User and password
    • Host is the database server name
    • Port
    • Service Name
  3. Click Connect to connect to the database. Ensure that the correct Oracle client is installed.
  4. To open the Editor window, navigate to Database and click Editor.
