Configuring target namespace for uploading OFAC data

OFAC data is now uploaded using the updated SDN file shipped with the application.

However, to use the old SDN file, you must perform these tasks:

1. Create a backup of the sdnList.xsd file located at [install path]/bizrightspresentation/xsd.
2. Download the required old sdnList.xsd file from KB3566835.
3. Replace the existing sdnList.xsd file with the downloaded file in the same directory.
4. Update the namespace value in the extractionsettings.xml file as shown below.
