Configuring Infor LTR

Uninstall Infor Ming.le™ v 11.xx or earlier and install Infor LTR v 2021-06. For details, contact Infor support.

After you complete the upgrade, you must:

• Configure IRC to Infor LTR. See For details, see Configuring IRC to Infor LTR.
• Configure outgoing and Incoming Email server ( IRC application > Settings > Configuration > Infor Risk & Compliance System). For details see the Infor Risk & Compliance online help shipped with the product.
• Configure Infor Ming.le API Settings ( IRC application > Settings > Configuration > Infor Risk & Compliance System). For details see the Infor Risk & Compliance online help shipped with the product.
• Configure the IRC session time out: It is recommended that the IRC session timeout must be the same as the Infor LTR application session time out.
