Verifying installed components

Verify that an entry for all installed components is displayed on the Summary screen.

  1. On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. In the list of currently installed programs, check for the following entries:
    • IRC Services v10.3.xx where xx is the GA build number
    • IRC Adapter v10.3.xx where xx is the GA build number
    • IRC Insights v10.3.xx where xx is the GA build number
    Note: The entry for the service pack does not display on Programs and Features.
