Insight uninstall

Insights installed on the IRC PDE can be uninstalled through the IRC Portable Data Extractor extraction wizard at the time of project selection as follows:

  1. Go to Start > Programs > IRC.
  2. Click IRC Portable Data Extractor. The Welcome screen of the IRC Portable Data Extractor wizard is displayed.
  3. Click Next to go to the Select a Project screen displayed below.

  4. Click Delete Insight.
  5. From the drop-down list, select the Insight to be removed.
  6. Click Remove.
Note:  Insights installed on the IRC PDE cannot be removed through Windows Programs and Features.
